[users@httpd] Faulting Application

Apache List,
                I keep getting an error when I stop Apache.  Here it is:
 
Faulting application Apache.exe, version 2.0.48.0, faulting module
ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.1217, fault address 0x00019ecd
 
Anyone else get this and fix it?  Here is my config:
 
Apache 2.0.48
OpenSSL 0.9.7c
Tomcat 5.0.16
PHP 4.3.4
Windows XP SP 1
