SVN does not run in DOS batch file or CYGWIN shell script
SVN does not seem to run in either a DOS batch file or in a script file
under CYGWIN environment.
The error message is: svn : Error resolving case of 'URL'.

You'll need to give us *much* more than this; something like:
- what does your script look like?
- which parameters did you pass it?
- from which directory did you run the script?
