Initial Compile time

Due to a commit made yesterday, Cocoon takes too long
to build the sitemap, resulting in the browser automatically
searching the web for "localhost" or "johnny-bravo".
Once the sitemap is compiled, then it seems to work ok.

Also, an incompatibility:

if cocoon is compiled with the Tidy.jar, it exhibits the
same behavior as the initial compile time problem.  But
it happens even when sitemap is compiled!
