Ref Guide has around 22 TODO's to change table formatting with a bug in the asciidoctor-pdf library is fixed:

TODO: Change column width to %autowidth.spread when https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-pdf/issues/599 is fixed

That bug is fixed, however this may be OBE since we no longer publish a PDF version anyway.
