Steps:
# Create slider view.
# Create storm app.
# Go to created storm app and stop it before it get STARTED status.
# Status of storm app was changed to KILLED.
# Go to KILLED storm app and try to destroy him.

Result: storm still present in apps table, with KILLED status. DELETE request has code 204 and empty response.
