Re: Chinese translation of Apache license 2.0

yes, I am looking into some corpora for building language packs for En ->
Chinese and Chinese -> En so that could be a nice benchmark once I manage
to do that.
If anyone else is willing to join let me know.

Re: datasets. You probably know these:

   - Chinese - English pair was newly added to WMT2017 [1]
   - More from Chinese WMT, see FTP details at the bottom of the page [2].
   - the Open parallel corpus also has some resources [3]
