how to open existing excel File

Hi all,

I'm try to find out how Can I open excel file, get a worksheet and then
update data inside some cells.

I use Jakarta POI, jdk 1.4.2 and Tomcat 5.0.19.

I have already checked API documentation, but I didn't find a solution.

Any Help will be appreciated.
