Horizontal scroll using mouse buttons 6&7 in Netbeans

Hi there,

I know it is possible to scroll horizontally usinf SHIFT+ primary mouse 
wheel (buttons 4&5).
Is there a way make NetBeans treat mouse buttons 6 & 7 (second scroll 
wheel) as horizontal scroll?

Works for JDK 17 and Linux (I guess that feature might be added in JDK 13)
