Please avoid hard-coded context prefix

Hi Lenya developers,

please avoid hard-coding the context prefix "/lenya", e.g in
stylesheets. It is not unlikely that someone wants to use
a different context or wants to export the pages using the
Cocoon CLI.

Instead, pass {request:contextPath} from the sitemap.
