Unable to login in jetspeed 2

I am using jetspeed 2 deployed in jboss 3.2.3, Deployment was successful and I could see the index page,

but if I try to login I am getting redirected to same page, I tried with
username and password like below

admin/admin
manager/manager
user/user

I have added users.properties and roles.properties in the \server\default\deploy\http-invoker.sar\invoker.war\WEB-INF\classes direcotry and added the corresponding users and roles,

kindly let me know how to proceed to login,

I am not getting any exception in either jboss console or jetspeed.log
