Bundles deployment order

I have a list of bundles which i need to deploy in strict order. How I can
configure Karaf to deploy bundles in a strict order?

You can use:

1. etc/startup.properties to specify the bundles, order/start-level
2. a features chain
3. a feature containing bundles with start-level attribute
