Mispelling in HierarchyDynamicMBean

There is a misspelling in HierarchyDynamicMBean.  There is an error message:

"Couls not add loggerMBean for ["+name+"]"

It should be: "Could"

Also, it does not send the exception to the logger.  The exception here is very
important.
