Given the same input data, the same OS config, and the same (2000+ line) ant 
file, the previous version of Ant (1.6.2) runs fine - but 1.6.3 gives methe 
following message after an hour of running:

Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Attempt to unguard stack red zone failed.
An irrecoverable stack overflow has occurred.

This appears to happen right after copying a file.

I'll try to add more info as I learn more...
