OOo 2.1 is very old (2006). I don't remember when ODF format has been upgraded
from 1.0/1.1 to 1.2 (extended). 

Your document opens fine with AOO 4.1.2 and Win7 x64 Pro.
I don't have "URL seems to be an unsupported one".
Could you provide a step-by-step procedure to reproduce?
