Hadoop-6537 and Avro RPC layer exceptions

Just want to bring Hadoop-6537 to your attention. The discussions related to exceptions and RPC exceptions in particular is relevant to Avro. Doug has already commented on this Jira. As per his comments, HDFS protocols will throw specific exceptions to facilitate serialization and deserialization.
