[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache jclouds 1.9.0 RC2

The vote is now closed and has passed with 4 binding and 2 non-binding +1s.

Thanks to all the people that has helped providing fixes for the first
RC, running the live tests and verifying the release.

The release archives will be uploaded to the Apache repos, the master
branches unfrozen, and the artifacts promoted to Maven Central during
the weekend.

The official announcement thread will be sent once everything is in
place, so stay tuned!
