Following README file for compiling under Windows and using Visual Studio 2012, the ALL_BUILD project doesn't compile.
The error is 

IntelliSense: identifier "strncasecmp" is undefined	c:\qpid-proton-0.6\proton-c\src\ssl\openssl.c	208	13	qpid-proton
