Description:
The site.html and site.pdf files automatically generated do not include the content in the index.xml files (at many levels).

My site.xml references the index files, i.e.,

<site ...

  <index href="index.html"/>

  ...

  <module tab="module" href="module">

    <index href="index.html"/>

Without a label, Forrest does not generate a clickable link in the menu; you navigate via the tabs at the top.
