[VOTE] [CANCEL] Squiggly 1.1 RC 0

Hi,

Review of RC0 found a few very minor README issues, and while there are not enough to stop a release as per [1], I'll be making a RC1 including these changes. 

As the changes are minimal votes will carry over.
