OrchestratorContext class has two constructors, one of them get List of GFac instants as constructor parameter but it doesn't set that list instead it initiate a new empty ArrayList of GFac instants see the code snippet below.  

public OrchestratorContext(List<GFACInstance> gfacInstanceList) {
        this.gfacInstanceList = new ArrayList<GFACInstance>();
}
