Steps to regenerate the issue

1. Login to the storefront using a valid username and password.

 2. Go to browse forums section on the storefront 

3. Click on the ask the expert link.

4. Click on the new message link.

5. Add a message there along with short name and click on add.

6. An error occurs on the createForumMessage screen.
