Requirement Request

I have problem with Requirement Customer Request. In what condition and
when a Requirement will be linked to a Request Item?

I have created a Requirement but don't know how to linked with a Request
(RFQ type).

maybe you should check the data relation first.
go to webtools, entity data maintainenance, click to the table/entity,
click relationship.
