Now SnapshotDiffJob is added to [proto|https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/b8e3c30043eb01dc4b34a1e6098d1190f882791e/hadoop-ozone/interface-client/src/main/proto/OmClientProtocol.proto#L825] class, we can use it for serialization and de-serialization.
