NIFI-3515: Added @EventDriven to PutFile
To test this, i created flow with GenerateFlowFile -> PutFile -> LogAttribute processors. I configured the PutFile as EventDriven and ensured that when the GenerateFlowFile processor generated a file, the PutFile processor triggered and wrote the flow files, and that LogAttribute logged the attributes on the FlowFile.

+1 merging to master. Probably will want to document that this processor if configured with too many threads can make for a very unhappy file system in certain cases. But that was true previously as well.
