[I] Helm Chart link is broken [polaris]

   ### Describe the bug
   
   The guide for installing via helm chart does not work because the helm repository does not exist under the given URL.
   
   ### To Reproduce
   
   1. Run `helm repo add polaris https://downloads.apache.org/polaris/helm-chart`
   
   ### Actual Behavior
   
   ```
   Error: looks like "https://downloads.apache.org/polaris/helm-chart" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://downloads.apache.org/polaris/helm-chart/index.yaml : 404 Not Found
   ```
   
   ### Expected Behavior
   
   Helm repo should exist under the documented URL
   
   ### Additional context

   Never mind. The link returned by the search engine is in fact pointing to the `in-dev` part of the docs. The link in the docs for v1.30.0 works.
