regarding giving the access rights in sub version

Hi
I installed sub version on system and have the problem with the access rights system and am not able to create the user groups in that.

Can anyone please tell me how to go with that and how to give the password protection to various users in it.

Thanks and Regards

What have you tried so far? What problems did you run into? Have you
read the book? For example if you're serving with svnserve you'll
want to read this:

http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.4/
svn.serverconfig.svnserve.html#svn.serverconfig.svnserve.auth
