The Sling Engine contains internal buffering logic to supercede (and enhance the buffering supported by the Servlet Container). But in contrast to the servlet container's buffering logic which is generally set to a sensible default buffer size, the Engine's buffer size defaults to zero.
We should fix this to set the default buffersize to the servlet container's default buffer size

Felix Meschberger resolved SLING-1951.

Resolution: Fixed
To default the internal Engine buffer size to the size of the servlet container's output buffer I extended the (internal) BufferProvider interface to have setter and getter of the buffer size and implementing the RequestData implementations to call into the servlet container's response object.
