Great minds think alike; the rule already exists in 3.x:

20_head_tests.cf:
header FAKE_OUTBLAZE_RCVD      Received =~ /\.mr\.outblaze\.com/
describe FAKE_OUTBLAZE_RCVD    Received header contains faked 'mr.outblaze.com'
