   Optimize some words of DistSQL RAL.
   - Change `(CONFIGURATION | CONFIG)` to `CONFIGURATION` only
   - Optimize `FILE EQ` to `TO FILE` and `FROM FILE`;
   
   Update documents
   - Update documents  for `STORAGE UNIT`
   - Update documents  for `EXPORT` and `IMPORT`
