### Improving the documentation
- Spark AuthZ currently supports Apache Ranger version 2.6.0. Since Apache Ranger has released version 2.7.0, it is essential to update the Spark Ranger plugin to this latest version.
- Notes: Following the [Apache Ranger 2.7.0 release notes](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/RANGER/Apache+Ranger+2.7.0+-+Release+Notes), I noticed some breaking changes related to the ranger-plugin-audit component.

Tracking #7437 here: it supersedes the requested Ranger 2.7 upgrade with a Ranger 2.9 migration, and it includes the fix for GHSA-c87w-642h-m97h.
