HADOOP-4829 breaks current HBase

Hi,

I just noticed, that the patch from HADOOP-4829 (not yet applied) would break 
HBase in HRegionServer.java, method suppressHdfsShutdownHook.

That's cool, for the moment trunk doesn't use hadoop 0.21 so we won't
see the breakage till we upgrade.
