Group level RSS feeds?

I thought we had RSS feeds at the group level, but in 1.1 I'm only
seeing them on each artifact.

Is that how it's currently implemented?

Yep, the rss for the repo group weren't included in 1.1 yet. Right now it's
just on the repo level & artifact level :)
