Is there a policy to send all code review notifications to the main dev@ list? I unsubscribed from a bunch of build-related and toolchain-related git repos to cut down on notifications, but I'm still getting quite a lot because of the broad distribution for these CRs.

Changing settings doesn't help since the mails come to the full dev@ list.

Yes, this is by design (although over in Kudu they've moved a lot of their
Gerrit traffic to a separate mailing list). For now, I think it's not a bad
thing to have all the dev discussion in one place, but could be convinced
otherwise.
GMail filtering should make it possible to automatically archive these
threads in the short term.
