Removed now.

Please adjust the rules section by yourselves, those that know what the
mentioned rules do and whether they actually made it to the published set.

> release notes.

Added.

from Daryl:

> we do not have confirmation from the DNSBL operators that they are prepared,
> and understand, the load they will be under.

We do have permission on PSBL (Bug 6156), and CSS is just another on SpamHaus.
I don't think we added any more RBL or URIBL rules, have we?
It would be nice to have SEM rules prepared, but turned off by default.

Hostkarma, SEM and a few other rules are in the sandbox as nopublish. They
should not be mentioned in the release notes.

PSBL Bug #6156 is a new DNSBL being added and should be mentioned in the
release notes.

Quite likely. It was not obvious from the change log, so if anyone knows
better, please fix it, or let me know what I should fix. I wouldn't mind
if someone embarks on polishing or rewriting, please consider the file
as the first approximation / draft. I probably missed some July/August
changes, will check that range again.

Don't know myself.

HOSTKARMA URIBL rules
SEM URIBL (Spam Eating Monkey)

weren't these rules part of Warren't "tests" and not supposed to be included in
SA defaults?

do the BL operators really know they're going to get the full load beating?

We *must not* release a generally available ruleset with these DNSBL rules if
we do not have confirmation from the DNSBL operators that they are prepared,
and understand, the load they will be under.

Even with sa-update we will not be able to effectively revoke these rules after
a generally available release as a lot of people will run SA without ever
running sa-update (beyond an initial number of required times).

Remember, the latest 3.2 release is 3.2.5. Yes, indeed, five. ;) The section
heading should mention that released version, rather than a future maintenance
release as it does currently. Use the following line. ;)

Summary of major changes since 3.2.5
