For SLING-3520 we introduced forced filtering for the archetype resources, but it was only intended for the pom.xml . This causes problems when implementing SLING-10601 since the archetype's GAV are substituted in the json file even before the archetype filtering has a chance to take place.

For starters, we should restrict the filtering to the pom.xml, but in the feature these properties should be sourced someplace else, perhaps a common Velocity template.
