WARN log entory

hello,

When starting embedded tomcat I got log [1]. The log entry "09:05:35.613
WARN  - Apache Marmotta Core Version 3.2.0-SNAPSHOT has started up
successfully!" seems like should be in INFO level. If you agree I can
provide a patch.
