[jira] [Created] (NIFI-1798) Rules window can be closed with unsaved work

Andrew Lim created NIFI-1798:
--------------------------------

Summary: Rules window can be closed with unsaved work
                 Key: NIFI-1798
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1798
             Project: Apache NiFi
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Core UI
    Affects Versions: 0.6.0
            Reporter: Andrew Lim
            Priority: Minor

When entering the Advanced UI on the Properties tab when configuring an Update Attribute processor, the user can create a rule and add all the necessary conditions and actions. However, after selecting the "x" in the top right, the window closes with no warning. A pop-up window should open with a warning "Rule 'xxxx' has unsaved changes. Do you want to save?"

This pop-up window is displayed if you create a rule and then try to create another rule as described in the "Additional details" docs for the UpdateAttribute processor:

"Upon adding a rule with its condition(s) and action(s), it is important to save it by clicking the Save button in the lower right corner. If you do not do so and attempt to add or navigate to another rule, an error message will appear, asking you if you want to save your changes."
