Hudi 1.2.0 release timeline

Hi everyone,

We plan to do a code freeze soon and cut RC for the Hudi 1.2.0 release, as
new feature development is nearing completion.  Please let me know any
additional PRs that must go in this release by labeling PRs and critical
fixes with "release-1.2.0" and replying to this thread.
