One way to fix it, is when the commands are waiting for the previous commands to execute, VR may able to identify which one is the latest and apply it instead of apply old version configurations one by one.

One way to fix it, is when the commands are waiting for the previous commands to execute, VR may able to identify which one is the latest and apply it instead of apply old version configurations one by one.

Set to be one minor target of VR improvement in 4.4.

    Fix Version/s:     (was: 4.4.0)

It's complex change and the complete fix cannot made to 4.4. release. Remove 4.4. from target.
