Need help to install wookie plug-in under moodle version 2

Hi
When I Click on the Notifications link in the Site Administration , Moodle don’t  notifie me  that it has installed the wookie plug-in block.Please whatis the problem?
I have place this plug-in  inside a folder that i have called wookie that i have placed inside the blocks directory of moodle (2.x).
