Description:
When you run the self contained SimpleAxisServer server you get a start page that lists the services. But the urls to each service is broken, as the URL is wrong
e.g. http://localhost:5050/ points to 
http://localhost:5050/services/Version?wsdl

instead of http://localhost:5050/axis/services/Version?wsdl
