Code cleanup finished?

Colm et all,

Are you finished with committing all this clean up? I’m re-factoring all the package names and want to get that committed. Since that involves a lot of file re-naming and new directories, its making it a little difficult for me to pull and merge and then subsequently commit.

I’m just asking for a temporary hold on any commits until this re-factoring is complete.

Ok I¹ve just pushed everything. I may have missed some merges with what
you had previously committed. Sorry about that, the conflict resolution
was a real pain.
