same hosts in cluster?

Hi guys,

When I create a cluster in CS, should ensure all the hosts in the same
cluster are completely same, eg, same CPU speed, same arch, same vendor.

If I don't need live migration feature, should I also ensure they are same?

Thanks

Jerry

Yes for XenServer or XCP, they require heterogeneous hosts in the cluster
and won't add "another" host.

You would certainly be able to provision one host per cluster and have many such one host clusters.
