Question on WSDL generation in Axis 1.0

When I ran the WSDL generator from Axis 1.0, the namespace for XML Schema 
in the output is 'http://www.w3.org/1999/XMLSchema'. But the namespace in the samples packaged from the downloaded file is 
correct, "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema".

The problem is that it is not visible if I generate the WSDL file. The 
good thing is that the sample app is working fine.

Please tell me what's wrong with it.
