Translation to Chinese

Well, I think you are a bit late for that, since we have both zh_CN and
zh_TW translations of the Subversion error messages. You *are* however
welcome to contribute to either of those.  You can find their latest
versions at http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/subversion/po/

If you want to know about contributing to Subversion in general, read
HACKING and for translators there's an additional TRANSLATING. Both can be
found at http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/ .
