Issue is incomplete to reproduce the issue. It doesn't describe how the jar is copied to checkout-folder, which is probably causing the issue.

> After checking out using step 1, I am creating one New folder in "/home/checking-folder", after that i am moving one jar inside that New folder. while running the 2nd step and 3rd step it shows "new created folder is not working copy".
