Resolution: Invalid
XMLSpy is wrong: you define crestr_cext_cbase as a restriction for cext_cbase using the sequence b1, eb1, b2, eb2; but cext_base is defined as b1, b2, eb1, eb2, so the order is not correct.
Move eb1 after b2 and you will have a valid schema.
