For people who don't have infra karma, if you spot some spam on Jira (or
Bugzilla), hop on the #asfinfra channel [1] on the ASF slack instance and
let them know, one of the infra staff or volunteers should be able to zap
it quickly! (But only if they know about it... So please do tell them!)
