contrib:table suggestion

Hello,

since it is the n'th time when I have to create a CustomTableColumn
extending ExpressionTableColumn just to add a setColumnRendereSource in
the constructor such that I can customize the style of links in the
table header I whould like to suggest that at least a style
class="xxxxx" is added such that we could define it in our css files.

adding a TH TABLE TR TD A:link in the css seems to be the solution for
now
