Description

Based on some feedback and comparison to existing code I made the modifications in this patch to add an Atlas Dashboard quicklink to the Atlas service UI.  Though the quicklink now appears and brings up the dashboard, it is behaving a little differently than other quicklinks:  the page loads in the same web browser frame/tab as the Ambari UI, rather than launching a new frame/tab (e.g. like the YARN resource manager UI).  I am not certain why the behavior differs.
